The Winemaker's Selection wines were introduced to allow winemaker experimentation with small parcels. They provide an opportunity to showcase finer, elegant wines crafted from the best parcels in the Saltram Estate vineyards within the Barossa Valley.

Seductive mix of lemongrass, custard apple and fig with aromatic notes of apple blossom.
Flavours and Palate
Generously textured with underlying minerality and the unique varietal quinine cleansing finish. An ideal complement to food, especially Asian dishes.
